A2A Retreat September 2008
Recap: This month the A2A retreat took place at the Okuma Resort. We had 19 Airmen and 3 instructors. The location was excellent and the time spent together was outstanding. We discussed topics such as relationships, dating, planning, critical decision making and watched a great video presentation on Air Force culture and achieving success. All the Airmen actively participated and offered lots of good input. Our group was a mix of first-term Airmen ranging from AB to SRA. After our mentoring time, we headed out to the beach for "fun in the sun"! We had a beach Olympics and crowned our the fastest Airman and had a team relay race. After that is was free time to swim, golf, wake-board, jet-ski or just layout on the white sandy beach. Airmen reported having a great time and got the most enjoyment out of meeting new peers and making new friends. Click here to see the post event evaluation. Below are pictures taken of this months retreat. The 18 Wing Chapel will sponsor another retreat next month!
